Final numbers must be confirmed not less than 7 days before the event.
1) Guest numbers exceeding original Quotation will be charged pro-rata.
2) Guest numbers less than original Quotation cost will be reduced and refunded pro-rata up to maximum 5% of original Quotation.

If exceptional circumstances arise, which prevents Complete Entourage from fulfilling their Quotation, every effort will be made to provide an alternative, which is satisfactory to the client, or make a full refund.
